UCI NEBnow® Freezer Program Registration

Thank you for your interest in NEBnow at UCI!  To gain access to the freezer, please complete the following steps: Step 1: Submit the online form below and allow 24-48 hours for your registration to be reviewed. Provide your credit card or p-card owner's information in the invoice recipient section. Step 2: Once reviewed you will receive an email containing your NEBnow account number and instructions for next steps.  Within 24 hours of completing step 2, you will receive an NEBnow welcome email containing your unique PIN as well as instructions on how to use the freezer.
