NEBnow® Freezer Program Registration

Thank you for your interest in using the NEBnow Kiosk at University of Nebraska Medical Center. Please provide the required information below to register for the NEBnow® Kiosk and allow at least 24 hours for your request to be reviewed. Once approved you will receive an email with your log in credentials and instructions regarding how to purchase from the Kiosk.
