HOW TO ENTER: To enter, simply complete and submit the Protein Expression and Purification Sample Feedback Survey (the “Survey”).
ELIGIBILITY: No purchase necessary to participate. This promotion is open only to life science professionals 18 years and older who reside in the United States. Eligible participants who try a sample of one of NEB’s protein expression and purification products and submit a completed survey no later than 8:00 p.m. US Eastern Time on July 31st,2020 or such later date if the promotion end date is extended by NEB, and who agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Promotion, may enter. Limit one (1) submission per person. Healthcare Professionals may not participate in this promotion. The term Healthcare Professionals includes individuals (clinical or non-clinical physicians (MDs and MDs/Ph.D.s), physician assistants, nurses, technicians, research coordinators, administrators and purchasing personnel) and entities (including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing facilities, home health agencies, clinics and group purchasing organizations, managed care organizations, physician group practices, medical directors for health insurance organizations) and their employees and representatives who are involved in the actual provision of health care services.
By accepting a Prize, participants represent that they are not prohibited by law, regulation, or agency/institutional policy from receiving the gift from New England Biolabs, Inc. (“NEB”). This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. Offer void where prohibited, licensed, or restricted by federal, state, provincial, or local laws or regulation or agency/institutional policy. Other restrictions may apply. Determination of eligibility and validity of participant responses is at NEB’s’ sole discretion. Each participant is deemed to be the owner of the email or social media account through which the entry into the promotion was made.
DURATION: This promotion ends on July 31st , 2020 at 8:00pm U.S. Eastern Standard Time, unless extended by NEB in its discretion (“Promotional Period”).
WINNERS: 20 (each a “Winner”) will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries on approximately July 31, 2020. Winners will be notified by email, within approximately fourteen days after the drawing date. If a Winner is unreachable or does not make direct contact with the NEB by the date specified in the notification, or fails to accept the prize, the applicable prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each Winner must warrant that she or he is not a Healthcare Professional nor prohibited by employment, contract, or law from entering the promotion or accepting a prize from NEB.
PRIZES: Each Winners will win an NEB-branded water bottle (approximate retail value USD $10). No cash or other substitutions are permitted, except by NEB, which reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value. No refunds or credits are allowed. Prizes are not transferable. All taxes on the prize and reporting thereof are the sole responsibility of the Winners. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery of a prize.
RIGHT TO USE ENTRIES: Promotion participant entry details, including but not limited to videos, posts and photographs, may be used by NEB for promotional purposes. By entering the promotion, you grant NEB a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free and transferable license to use and reproduce any photographs, media coverage or other promotional material relating to your entry into this promotion.
PUBLICITY: NEB may publish the name of the Winners. Winners consent to the use by NEB of Winners’ names and images in NEB’s press releases, announcements, or other marketing literature.

NEB shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these Promotion Terms and Conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. NEB also reserves the right to cancel the competition in its sole discretion.
GOVERNING LAW. This offer is void where prohibited by law. Any dispute arising out of this promotion will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard for its conflicts of law provisions.
IN NO EVENT SHALL NEB BE LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY, OR UNDER ANY STATUTE OR ON ANY OTHER BASIS FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, MULTIPLE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY ANY PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY ARISING OUT OF THIS PROMOTION, USE OF AN NEB PRODUCT OR PRODUCT BOX, NEB’S PERFORMANCE OR FAILURE TO PERFORM ITS OBLIGATIONS RELATING TO THE PROMOTION, WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT NEB IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, DOWNTIME, OR FOR LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OR OTHER FINANCIAL LOSS.
By entering the promotion, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these rules and the decisions of NEB, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
